Speaker Recording & Media Release Form

From Inclusion to Belonging Disability Conference

We want to ensure your insights have a lasting impact! Many of our attendees can’t be in two rooms at once, and our digital library allows them to "catch up" on sessions they missed. It also helps us showcase the high caliber of speakers we host.


Once the files are processed, we are happy to provide you with a link to your session for your own portfolio or website.


If you decide after the event that you’d like to move your video from "Public" to "Unlisted," or have it removed entirely, just send us an email to media@portocharities.org and we will take care of it within 3 business days.

  1. Grant of Rights and Usage

I hereby grant Porto Charities (the "Organizer") permission to record my presentation (audio, video, and photography). I understand that the Organizer retains the right to edit the footage for length or clarity and may use my likeness and session title for promotional purposes related to this and future conferences, or to advance their mission of inclusion of people with disabilities.

  1. Intellectual Property

I retain all ownership of my presentation content and slides. I warrant that I have the right to share all materials included in my presentation and that they do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.

  1. Distribution Preference

Please indicate your level of consent for the distribution of your session recording:
OPTION 1: Full Public Release (Recommended). I consent to my full presentation being shared across all platforms, including the organization's YouTube channel and website. This option provides the highest visibility for my work.
OPTION 2: Limited Access (Unlisted). I consent to recording my full presentation, but may only be shared with conference attendees, and may be hosted on YouTube as an "Unlisted" link (not searchable by the public).
OPTION 3: Full Opt-Out. I do not consent to having my full presentation recorded. I understand that I have previously granted authorization to be photographed and have short clips (less than 1 minute) of my presentation shared publicly.
