PortoWorks Informational Interview

Service Description

As part of our ongoing commitment to inclusive employment at PortoWorks, our employment specialist will visit your school or organization to meet with the supervisor of your employee(s) with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This follow-up informational interview is intended to help us better understand how the employee has transitioned into their role and to identify ways Porto Charities can continue to support the employee and your staff. Ideally, our specialist will meet with the supervisor on a day that the employee with disabilities is scheduled to work, so that our specialist can briefly observe the employee while performing their regular duties. The information gathered will be used solely to improve our services and address unmet needs. Please use this sign-up tool to select a 45-90 minute slot for us to meet with the supervisor and observe the employee.
